Characteristics Of Compulsive Psychopaths
The International Observatory of Participatory Democracy is a space open to all cities in the world, institutions, organizations and research centers that want to meet, exchange experiences and implement participatory democracy at the local level to deepen democracy in the governance of cities.

"We believe that through reflection we can promote instruments that seek to strengthen democracy and promote the exercise of citizenship player in the debate, design, adoption and implementation of public policies.
Adherence to the working groups needs to be network member and will be out by mail directly to the contact person coordinating city with a copy to oidp@bcn.cat "
