Madrid second most populated city in Europe third agglomeration European urban community, is experiencing a rapid process of change, in which reality in times of globalization evolves, new needs changing and it is important to discuss, influence and action.
The new realities of the XXI century the cities have become spaces of exchange: real platforms from which to imagine the future.
Madrid presents a context of social diversity and urban spaces increasingly heterogeneous, a metropolis of diffuse identity, while a city of startling contrasts.
A major urban scene changes add a new dimension to the city: from major infrastructure projects such as the M-30, Transport Network Metrosur, or the Management of Banks of the Manzanares River to the future urban operations: the prolongation de la Castellana, Operation Camp, or the Prado-Recoletos. MADRID

A space for reflection in which national experts have a voice, international, artists and citizens, a stage from which to analyze the urban condition in Madrid with extreme situations, hiding places, similar situations, an ever-changing urban landscape, a huge new kaleidoscope from which to observe the social and physical landscape of the city. Think Madrid
